Contortion Splits

Contortion Splits gives the student a journey into hip and hamstring opening. Through proper warm up and activation, Tia Nicoletti guides the student through a splits series. Get in touch with your bendy self in a safe and enjoyable way!

What you need:
- Water!! Hydration is key
- A yoga mat/pillow for knees
- A 6 ft x 6 ft floor space
