StretchFit

StretchFit is purposely made by Tia Nicoletti for all abilities. This class takes place on the ground and brings students through the basic understanding/connection to the front, back and side body.

What you need:
- Water!! Hydration is key
- A yoga mat/pillow for knees
- A 4 ft x 4 ft floor space
