Functional Fitness brings students through the proper mobility techniques that assist in every day body comfort. Get rid of that pesky hamstring and lower back tightness with just 15 minutes a day!

  • STRETCHfit

    STRETCHfit is purposely made for all abilities. This class takes place on the ground, and brings students through the basic understanding of how their body moves, through stretching.

  • STRONGfit

    STRONGfit is a course developed for the workhorse. Are you someone who enjoys challenging bodyweight exercises? This is the class for you! STRONGfit takes students through every muscle group, with verbal cues for proper activation.

Oh my….now that I am through…..I can say my spine, hips, pelvis, neck, shoulder girdle and shoulders feel wonderfully connected….I’ve had left shoulder and arm weakness for a while…and though I was very aware how left side and right side have their own personalities……the time taken (.75 reg. speed) to reallly stay connected to what can be and are some pretty intense patterns (hip rotations…yessss!). crunchies were speaking for sure…but easing thru stuckness in spine, left shoulder and shoulder blade….felt like an unlocking of some pretty stuck stuff….which brought relief and a bit of emotional release as well.

Didn’t realize how clunky I am. I felt a bit rushed….may have been my unconscious resistance on a cellular emotional level. Can’t wait to move into 102. I slowed down the speed for to .5 and .75 normal speed…and that really helped me take the time my body and. mind needed. I’ve got some left shoulder neck and hip stuff going on….felt pretty clunky/prickly at the beginning, but by cooldown….my body was less resistant.
